Troubleshooting Steps:

Android: Go to Settings > Apps > FHE Vendor > Storage > Clear Cache/Clear Data.
iOS: Go to Settings > General > iPhone Storage > FHE Vendor > Offload App or Delete App. (Offloading keeps documents and data)
Ensure your device's operating system is up to date.
If the issue persists, uninstall and reinstall the app.
