Troubleshooting Steps:

  • Force close the app and reopen it.

  • Restart your device.

  • Clear the app's cache and data (Note: This may log you out, and you'll need to log back in).

  • Android: Go to Settings > Apps > FHE Vendor > Storage > Clear Cache/Clear Data.

  • iOS: Go to Settings > General > iPhone Storage > FHE Vendor > Offload App or Delete App. (Offloading keeps documents and data)

  • Ensure your device's operating system is up to date.

  • If the issue persists, uninstall and reinstall the app.
