Instructions to activate Vendor Apps with First time login

• Instructions to activate Vendor Apps
  • Step 1: Download the Apps from Google play store or Apple apps store 
  • Step 2: Launch App and enter first time login user id and password
  • Step 3: Activate your account 

Step 1: Download the Apps from Google play store or Apple apps store 

• Find vendor apps in google play store or Apple apps store. or can scan QR code below.

  

  

Step 2: Launch App and enter first time login user id and password

• Launch app and follow step below

1. click 'First time login' button

page below is for the first time login. Take note for credit vendor FHE will provide a temporary User ID and password.

1. enter User ID & click 'submit'.
2. enter password page will prompt,enter password and click 'login'

Step 3: Activate your account 

• Once success login, apps will prompt activate your account page.
  1. please enter restaurant/outlet email
  2. fill up password
  3. re-enter password
  4. scroll down read the information. please make sure all the information is correct
  5. tick 'i agree for both the terms and conditions and the privacy policy'
  6. click activate account
     
     screen below will prompt once activation account success and the account already activate. please click 'login now' and ready to go !
